    4_Are your products comedogenic?

      There is no FDA regulation for the term “comedogenic." In fact, there are no standardized tests that can accurately determine if an ingredient will or will not clog your pores or cause breakouts. Skin health is completely individual and dependent on genetics and lifestyle choices, including skincare.

      5_Are your products Unisex(for all genders)?

        Yes, Si Zucchero's products are thoughtfully designed to be unisex, offering a skincare solution for everyone.

        6_Do you use essential oils in your products?

          The highest percentage content of essential oils in any of our products is .3%

          7_How do I properly store my Si Zucchero products?

            Tightly close all lids and caps after opening. Storing your products in a cool, dry place, and using clean hands to obtain the product will help maintain its integrity and extend its shelf life.
            Extreme temperature changes can alter the consistency of some products. Products that are safe to store in the refrigerator include Peridot-C Serum & Eye contour Treatment.

            8_Does my product have any expiration date?

              Most of our products have a shelf life of about 12 months after opening. On the bottom of every product box, we list a POA (period after opening) symbol. It should look like a little open jar with a number and the letter M (months). This will help you determine how long each product is good for after opening.

              9_Does your products contain artificial colors & fragrance?

                At Si Zucchero, our dedication to natural and skin-friendly products shines through. The majority of our skincare offerings are crafted without artificial colors or fragrances, ensuring a pure and gentle experience for all. For those who appreciate a hint of fragrance, our buffs, like the Unicorn Body Polish Buff and Gelato Whipped Soap, contain only minimal amounts of carefully imported colorants. These percentages are deliberately kept low, making them suitable even for those with sensitive skin types. We prioritize your well-being and satisfaction, maintaining our commitment to purity and quality in every product.                   


                1_How can i change my shipping address or number?

                    If you haven’t received a tracking email:
                    Please email sizucchero@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us at 0331-8974307 with your order number and new address as soon as possible! Although our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, we will try our best to process your request! If you have received a tracking email, unfortunately your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout.

                        Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email & call. It can take a few business days to process your order and when your shipping label is printed, you will receive a second email with a tracking link. This link will provide the most accurate time frame for delivery! Please keep in mind that standard shipping is 5-7 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

Sometimes, tracking information may experience delays or may not immediately reflect the current location of your package.
